Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the product strategy for an AI-driven SaaS platform, collaborating with the CEO to shape the vision and roadmap. You will drive AI-powered features across the platform, balancing performance and cost, while mentoring a growing product team. You’ll stay closely connected with clients and partner agencies to gather insights and ensure solutions meet real business needs. You’ll work with engineering to deliver reliable, scalable AI capabilities in production and align with the company’s client-centric mission.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap with executive alignment
• Identify opportunities to apply LLMs and AI across the platform (chat, QA, analytics, automation, onboarding, support)
• Lead, mentor,
and scale the product team with a focus on craftsmanship and discovery
• Maintain continuous client engagement, treating agencies as design partners and leveraging data-driven insights
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver AI-powered features with strong production quality, latency, and unit economics

• proven track record shipping LLM-powered features used by paying customers
• ability to discuss prompt design, evaluations, model selection, latency tradeoffs
• experience at AI-native or AI-transitioning SaaS companies
