We are looking for a People and Organization trainee to join our People and Organization team in our Bolton Food Spain Business Unit based in O’Grove.

How you make the difference:

As a People & Organization Trainee, you will work closely with the Senior P&O; Manager, supporting the daily delivery of HR services while gaining hands‑on experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to creating a positive employee experience, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting key people initiatives that help drive business success.

During the internship, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of P&O; areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organizational Design, Internal Communication, and Industrial Relations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Human Resources within a dynamic manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced professionals and actively contributing to impactful projects and initiatives.

Your team:

Integrated within the People and Organization team in O’Grove Plant, you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and eagerness to develop a career in Human Resources.
