Role Overview
As Regional Hub Manager, you drive operational excellence and the strategic development of Travel Management across your region.



You optimize travel services, platforms, and supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment with Allianz Group policies, sustainability goals, and financial targets. Leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights, you continuously improve processes, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency. With responsibility for regional P&L;, reporting, and stakeholder management, you lead innovation and deliver measurable business value.

- Lead and optimize the regional travel platform and TMC partnership, ensuring high adoption, compliance, service quality, and seamless system integration.
