About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer within the Tribe FirmenOnline, you will play a key role in our digital transformation journey. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our digital platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, where your expertise will have a direct impact on how we design, deploy, and operate modern cloud‐based solutions.
What You Do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you act as a bridge between software development and IT operations, driving automation and operational excellence across the platform.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Cloud Infrastructure Management Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
- CI/CD & Automation Design, build,



and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, enabling fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
- Kubernetes & Istio Administration Manage and operate Kubernetes and Istio environments, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of containerized applications.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Packer, Crossplane, and related tools.
- Database Operations Administer relational databases (PostgreSQL), including migrations, import/export processes, and performance tuning.
- Monitoring & Reliability Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Dynatrace) to proactively identify issues, optimize performance, and ensure high system availability.
- Security & Compliance Apply security best practices to protect infrastructure, services, and data throughout the delivery lifecycle.
