This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of global platform strategy and local market execution, with accountability for driving growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.You will operate as the regional product leader, owning product-market fit and business outcomes in your markets while shaping and influencing ADP's global HCM platform.
