Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment life cycle, including:
- Assisting hiring managers in defining role requirements and core competencies
- Marketing and sourcing open roles using multiple channels
- CV screening and first candidate assessments
- Coordinating and facilitating interview processes
- Supporting testing, evaluation and feedback
- Assisting with rate discussions, offer preparation and onboarding processes
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company's talent pool across departments and accounts.
- Actively source candidates using different platforms, networks and databases.
