YOUR TASKS:Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP4Wind) and Process Sign-Off (PPAP) for suppliersAssess and develop supplier manufacturing processes for quality, capacity, and capabilityDrive resolution of supplier-related quality issues from pre-production through post-launchServe as the technical authority for propulsion manufacturing processesConduct supplier readiness reviews and launch support, including run-at-rate and PPAP validationCollaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality alignmentContributes to and participates in Material Review BoardsContributes and participates in supplier performance reviewsContributes to establishment & driving Supplier Quality improvement goalsManage suppliers on an ongoing basis via regular contact, periodic audits and other methods to guarantee consistent high quality performance on an ongoing basisProviding technical support to the receiving inspection functionSupporting Operations, Engineering,
