Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design and delivery of automated tax solutions within SAP S/4HANA to support global, compliant tax processes. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align tax rules with IT systems, driving a scalable digital tax framework. You will tackle complex tax calculations, real-time reporting, and e-invoicing, balancing integral standards with local needs. This position offers impact through shaping tax technology that underpins Roche’s mission to improve access to healthcare.

• Design automated tax determination logic in SAP S/4HANA using condition techniques
• Drive cross-module integration across SD, MM, and FI for consistent tax treatment
• Lead digital reporting for local statutory requirements (real-time reporting, e-invoicing)
• Configure and maintain interfaces between SAP and external tax engines (ONESOURCE, Sovos)
• Translate global tax laws into clear functional specifications for technical teams




• Lead end-to-end testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT)
• Mitigate production issues in high-volume tax calculations and e-invoice submissions
• Contribute to evolving global standardized templates balancing consistency with local needs

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD/MM implementation experience
• At least two full SAP SD/MM project lifecycles as a functional consultant
• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
• Expert knowledge of SAP Indirect Tax (VAT/GST) in large MNC environments
• Strong ABAP debugging skills for tax calculations and interfaces
• Experience with e-invoice submission frameworks; SAP DRC familiarity a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders across cultures
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
