Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and operate AI platform tooling on Kubernetes to support AI engineering workflows. You will implement GitOps and Infrastructure as Code to enable reproducible provisioning, upgrades, and disaster recovery. You will manage observability, security governance, and integration with cross-functional teams to scale AI-assisted SDLC processes while maintaining data safety. You will collaborate to ensure platform components meet performance, isolation, and governance requirements in on-prem and landing-zone environments.

• Build and operate Kubernetes environments hosting AI engineering tools and platform components
• Implement GitOps and Infrastructure as Code for provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and disaster recovery
• Manage private registries, mirrors, secrets, identity integration, network segmentation, storage, backups, and connectivity models
• Provide observability for workloads (metrics, logs, traces, GPU/CPU utilization, service health, cost signals) and maintain runbooks
• Collaborate with software, security,



and architecture teams to support AI-assisted SDLC workflows with data security and audit readiness
• Coordinate with platform tooling and AI components (e.g., vLLM, Ollama, vector stores, gateways, and workflow services)
• Oversee security and governance tools (vault, Keycloak, network policies, RBAC, admission controls, image scanning, SBOM tooling, audit logging)
• Address infrastructure awareness including GPU nodes, CPU fallback, storage performance, network isolation, and on-prem landing zones

Responsabilidades
• experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native platforms
• strong background in GitOps and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• familiarity with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab runners, Jenkins agents)
• proficiency in observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
• knowledge of security, governance, and compliance tooling (Vault, Keycloak, RBAC, image scanning)
• experience with AI platform components and vector stores is a plus
• on-prem and security-conscious deployment experience
