Experteer Overview
As a Senior Business u0026amp; Data Analyst, you bridge business needs with data insights to shape requirements and drive delivery. You work inside the DIu0026amp;T team, partnering with developers, data engineers, and product managers to enable data capabilities across the platform. You own the full analysis lifecycle—from eliciting needs to validating outcomes—leveraging AI tools to expedite documentation and analysis. You’ll influence decisions with evidence from Databricks and BI tools, and lead UAT and process improvements.

• Elicit, challenge, and document business requirements with stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to structure documentation
• Translate business needs into crisp functional and non-functional specs for the dev team
• Collaborate closely with developers and data engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Use Databricks to investigate problems, test hypotheses,



and surface evidence-based recommendations
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across deliverables
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce repetitive/manual work

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as Business/Data Analyst
• Strong requirements documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Microsoft Copilot / AI tool proficiency
• UAT planning and execution skills
• Experience creating detailed functional specifications
