About the Job
Based in Barcelona and part of Allianz Technology SL, you will support the governance and continuous improvement of our IT service portfolio to ensure transparency, value realization, and alignment with business strategy. You will help maintain the service catalog, track lifecycle status, support portfolio decision-making, and contribute to reporting that enables effective prioritization and investment.
Working closely with service owners, product managers, finance, security, and operations teams, you will assist with demand intake, benefits realization tracking, cost transparency, and compliance with established frameworks and controls. What You Do
- Support end-to-end lifecycle management for services in the portfolio,



ensuring accurate status, ownership, and value definitions.
- Maintain and improve portfolio metadata (service catalog entries, SLAs/OLAs, dependencies, risk/compliance markers) for transparency and audit readiness.
- Take over local process responsibility for Service Portfolio Management Process (SPM): SPOC for the central SPM team, train and support the local Service Management Organization.
- Assist with demand intake and prioritization, preparing inputs for portfolio governance and roadmapping decisions.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs and produce dashboards/packs for governance forums, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended actions.
