Responsabilities
- Under supervision coordinate all phases of special actions
- Manage, together with the team, projects from conceptualization to final execution
- Act as a point of contact between the client, creative teams and suppliers
- Create and manage detailed budgets, ensuring profitability and approved compliance
- Negotiate with suppliers and outsource services as required
- Oversee the installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements
- Study the impact of special actions, collecting key data and reporting to the client
- Incorporate learnings to optimize future projects
