What you do
- Provide general support for daily operations, including administrative tasks.
- Assist in planning and organizing events.
- Prepare internal and external communications materials, including writing, editing, and proofreading texts and maintaining intranet pages.
- Collaborate with various departments and international project teams.
- Create presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials in English.
- Align communication strategies with key stakeholder groups.

What you bring
- Available immediately for 6-month internship (5h/day).




- Enrolled in a Master's degree program in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish (native level).
- Strong design skills, especially with Canva as well as familiarity with intranet technologies and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong team player with exceptional intercultural and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
