Join Allianz Technology Spain as a Strategic Projects & IT Program Management Intern and gain real, hands-on experience at the heart of one of the most ambitious IT transformation programs in the Allianz Group.
You will be embedded in the IT Service Processes and Operations department, directly working with the Program Management and Program Management Office (PMO) of a large-scale program rebuilding of the ServiceNow platform for the entire Allianz Group, with the goal of standardizing IT service management across the organization. In parallel, you will contribute to other strategic projects running within the department.

What you do




- Handle the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office in a Team - tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and open actions across multiple workstreams and keeping the program on course.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality management reporting - including status reports, dashboards and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders up to CIO and COO level.
- Coordinate and document cross-functional meetings - preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and momentum.
- Contribute to program planning activities - supporting schedule updates, resource tracking, and the structuring of workstream deliverables.
- Support stakeholder communication by drafting updates, briefing documents, and coordination materials for internal and external audiences.
