Responsabilities
- Support the planning and execution of production projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Assist in managing internal and external resources (freelancers, vendors, studios).
- Collaborate on the implementation of operational tools and processes (Workfront, dashboards, automations).
- Help analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with creative, account, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability within the operations area.

Requirements
- Academic background in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, Audiovisual Production, or similar.
