In this context, the Tribe Data Insights & Analytics plays a central role, establishing the foundation with cross-functional data architectures for implementing the customer-centric strategy within the Allianz companies in Germany.
In the Team Customer Data team, we work on the digital representation of our customers. With our data products, we build the foundation for advanced analytics applications, strategic decisions, and personalized interactions.

What you do
- You play a pivotal role in designing, building and optimizing data pipelines and models that drive insights and decision-making.
- Operate and maintain data marts in close collaboration with domain experts and prepare the Oracle systems for migration to dbt and snowflake.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Implement data transformation processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Optimize database performance and query execution, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data architecture and infrastructure.
