We're Allianz Technology's Internal IT Services function. In short: we make sure Allianz Technology runs its own IT smartly: optimizing how we consume non-commercial IT services, keeping costs and consumption transparent, and ensuring compliance across the service lifecycle. The outcome is better budget accuracy, measurable savings, and audit-ready operations.
That's where you come in.
Join our Central Internal IT Services Team and contribute to how a integral technology organization understands, controls, and optimizes its IT spend. You'll work directly with senior team members on real cost-saving initiatives. Starting with analysing services scope, consumption patterns across locations, spotting anomalies in expense & consumption data and helping automate the way we work.
This is a hands-on internship: you'll see how data analytics translates into concrete financial decisions,



follow up on execution, and you'll have the chance to own pieces of the work end-to-end.
What you do
- Analyze material numbers and consumption data across Allianz Technology locations worldwide to identify cost-optimization opportunities.
- Review expense data to detect anomalies and support investigations into root causes.
- Read, interpret, and build on existing Power BI dashboards; help evolve our reporting toolkit.
- Drive automation of recurring analytical and reporting tasks (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI-based workflows).
- Collaborate with colleagues across global locations on joint cost-optimization initiatives.
- Work side by side with senior team members on solutions that directly impact the company's bottom line.

What you bring
