We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your backend development career, working alongside experienced engineers on real products used by multinational clients.

What You Will Do:

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, with guidance from senior engineers.

- Help build and improve RESTful APIs consumed by internal and external clients.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following team standards.

- Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback to grow as an engineer.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Learn about system architecture, performance, reliability, and security in a production environment.

- Contribute to deployment and monitoring tasks as part of your professional development.

What We Are Looking For:

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Around 1–2 years of experience with Java and object-oriented programming (internships, traineeships,



or professional experience all count).

- Familiarity with Spring Boot or willingness to learn it quickly.

- Basic understanding of REST APIs and how web applications communicate.

- A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a supportive team.

Bonus:

- Personal or academic projects showcasing backend development skills.

- Exposure to version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).

- Interest in Docker, CI/CD, or cloud environments.
