Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.

Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision‑makers.

Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.

Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.

Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.

Co‑ordinate access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.

Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience in cardiac surgery and/or in hospital surgical environments.

Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles.

Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.





Spanish as your native language or fluent Spanish skills, both written and spoken.

Your English skills should be fluent, and you should be willing to use them professionally.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital systems.
