Role Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of service activities,



primarily focused on clinical markets with Microarray platforms ( Affymetrix ), PCR and qPCR Instruments. Your tasks will include installation, repair, maintenance, and validation services. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, provide prompt on-site responses, increase first-time fixed rates, minimize repeated call rates, and contribute to overall service targets. You will follow internal rules, processes, and practices while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all service activities in compliance with internal guidelines and customer regulations.
- Provide adaptable telephone support, diagnostics, and on-site services to exceed customer expectations and ensure their success with Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments.
