Supplier DPPM.About the Job:Work with and support Procurement's strategy in establishing supply base that is capable to meet the requirement from various BU across entire company.Early involvement to support the activities that are related to supplier and material.Support supplier and material related changes from category management perspective.Identify worst performed supplier, work with the affected supplier to develop and implement "get-well" plan, until supplier improve the performance.Develop and build good relationship with supplier.Support customer PPAP requestablish robust material qualification process.SDE metrics (NPD Incident Rate, Critical Risk Supplier List, Supplier on-site audits, Category DPPM)Track metric performance.Work with supplier & internal cross-functional teams to drive and implement improvement actions.Support and work with plant SQE in ensuring consistent material quality supply to operations.About You:Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.Minimum 5+ years experience in Supplier Quality / Supplier De
