DescripciónLead the finance function during the pre-opening phase,



defining financial processes, controls, policies and reporting structures.Develop and execute the organisation's financial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and long-term financial modelling.Ensure full compliance with Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements and labour-related financial obligations.Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and closing processes.Provide detailed financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies and internal controls.Drive performance management, profitability analysis and cost optimisation initiatives.Act as a business partner to operational and executive stakeholders.Maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors and external
