The main activies of the HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for Success Factors (m/f/d) are:

- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors rollout.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.
- Provide training and support to key users and end users.
- Handling inquiries related to SuccessFactors Modules and Employee Central.

Required qualifications and competencies:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR project management.
- Solid knowledge of Success Factors.

Certification in Success Factors is a plus.

- Good technical understanding .
- Strong communication skills and high level of customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in a multicultural setting.
- Project Management: Strong in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical Skills: Problem-solving and data analysis within SuccessFactors.
- Communication: Clear verbal/written communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.
- Leadership: Experience leading project teams and mentoring others.
- Fluent in English.
