Experteer Overview In this role you will support project financials by preparing cost estimates and cost plans, controlling costs, and managing payments and contractual financial processes. You will work on-site with project teams to monitor cost performance, handle change orders, and assist in closing the financials for projects. The role offers exposure to cost-conscious delivery on real estate and infrastructure programmes within a global professional services environment. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to safeguard financial outcomes and align with project objectives.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Assist in preparing project cost estimate
- Assist in preparing the Project Cost Plan
- Cost control ownership
- Plan payments and collections
- Report on project cost status
- Review payment certifications and issue payment requests to the client
- Manage project change orders




- Assist in defining the contract closings and the contract with the client
- Support the project's financial close
- Manage deviations from the contract
- Manage claims and legal implications of the contract with government entitiesResponsabilidades
- Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
- Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience: at least 5 years in construction cost control
- Knowledge of cost estimation
