We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Rewards & Performance Senior Expert to join our Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function.
As a senior member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global performance management, compensation planning, global mobility and employee rewards and recognition strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization.
What you do
- Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies, including compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive schemes and lead the evaluation and enhancement of performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist with the preparation of the Allianz Technology People Committee,



including the annual performance and compensation review cycle as well as ongoing support related to all governance related topics whilst also supporting the administration of the Allianz Group wide Allianz Equity Incentive (AEI) plan.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze salary benchmarking data to maintain competitive compensation practices, equal pay standards and to stay abreast with market trends.
- Explore new tools and practices to enhance efficiency in the Rewards & Performance function (e.g. GenAI, automation)and participate in / lead ad hoc projects, perform independent in-depth analysis and present findings to senior management.
