Overview
Lead and manage a large-scale e-commerce logistics operation, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and customer service objectives. He will hold full accountability for the site's P&L;, daily customer relationship, and overall people leadership, ensuring a safe, efficient, profitable, and continuously improving operation.
Key responsibilities
- Own full site Profit & Loss (P&L;) accountability.
- Customer Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure contractual commitments, KPIs, and SLAs are achieved.
- Lead business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with the customer.
- Drive customer satisfaction and support business growth opportunities.
- Lead a complex organization of more than 2,500 employees.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Develop leadership capability and succession pipelines across the site.
- Promote effective communication, recognition, and employee engagement
- Partner with HR to ensure effective employee relations and workforce management.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site operations.
- Deliver service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs and performance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure readiness and scalability to support business growth and peak periods.

- Bachelor Degree, ideally in Engineering
- Languages: Spanish & English fluency
Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 leadership experience within complex logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments.
- Proven experience managing full P&L; responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading large and diverse teams.
- Track record of improving productivity, profitability, and customer performance.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience driving transformational change and operational excellence.
