Overview

Lead and manage a highly complex logistics operation, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and customer service objectives. He holds full accountability for the site's P&L;, customer relationship, operational performance, and overall business results. The role is responsible for maximizing operational efficiency, ensuring business continuity, driving continuous improvement, and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver service excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Own full site Profit & Loss (P&L;) accountability.
- Act as the senior point of contact for the customer and lead business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with the customer.
- Lead and develop the site's management and operational teams
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Develop leadership capability and succession pipelines across the site.
- Promote effective communication, recognition, and employee engagement.
- Partner with HR to ensure effective employee relations and workforce management.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site operations.
- Deliver service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs and performance standards.

- Education: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
- Languages: Spanish & English fluency
- 5+ leadership experience within complex logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments.
- Proven experience managing full P&L; responsibility.
- Track record of improving productivity, profitability, and customer performance.
- Experience leading customer-facing operations.
