Social Media Content Specialist, NotLinear Education

NotLinear is a fast-growing personal brand and education business in the AI space. We're built around a 40,000+ B2B following on LinkedIn, plus an active Substack and YouTube channel. We help people get genuinely good at working with AI, and now we want someone to help us reach more of them. We've trained teams at Lattice, TikTok, Oracle, Superhuman and more!

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes great content, gets excited about AI, and wants to grow a real audience that turns into real customers. You'll be building on top of an established, already-working personal brand, so you're amplifying something that's already resonating, not starting from zero.

What you'll do

- Get to know the NotLinear brand inside and out, then create content that sounds like us
- Plan and program content across LinkedIn, Substack, and YouTube
- Grow the audience and turn it into customers for our paid products
- Spot what's working, double down on it, and keep testing new angles

Must-have - this is the heart of the role, so read it closely:
- Real AI fluency. You already use AI every day, you reach for it instinctively, and you have a feel for what it can and can't do.
- Hands-on with workflows.



You've built things with AI, not just chatted with it. You're comfortable working inside an ecosystem like Claude and stitching tools together to get results.
- Genuine excitement for the field. You're curious, you experiment, and you keep up because you want to, not because you have to.
- A solid working understanding of the fundamentals. You don't need to know everything. You need a strong base and the drive to go deeper fast.

Preferred

- Proven social media experience
- Experience with Claude, including skills and plugins (Claude Code is a bonus, not a requirement)
- A genuinely good taste for content and an instinct for what makes people stop and read
- A general understanding of how social media works and grows
- Hands-on experience on text-first platforms like Substack, LinkedIn, or X (or other socials)
