About the role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and develop social media activity across SARIA Food & Pharma and our business units - Bioiberica, Devro, Van Hessen, and VH Devro .

This is an exciting opportunity for a social media professional who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making where you'll be responsible for growing brand visibility, increasing audience engagement, supporting lead generation, and strengthening employer brand presence across integral markets.

Responsibilities

- Developing and delivering engaging social media content tailored to specific audiences and brand objectives
- Managing social media activity across multiple brands, primarily on LinkedIn, with opportunities to expand into other platforms
- Monitoring and reporting on agreed KPIs, using insights to continuously improve performance




- Identifying content opportunities and recommending new campaign ideas and content themes
- Managing content calendars and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders
- Monitoring social channels and responding to comments and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to create thought leadership content
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment campaigns alongside the HR team
- Staying up to date with social media trends, best practices, and platform developments
- Supporting SEO objectives through keyword-focused content, video, and multimedia assets
- Identifying successful content and sharing best practices across teams and business units
- Working closely with stakeholders to tailor social strategies to specific business goals and audiences

About you

Essential Experience

- Proven success growing organic social media channels, with and without paid support
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts and content schedules
- Experience using social media to support lead generation activities
- Experience building and enhancing employer brand through social media
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual content development
- Experience developing thought leadership content in partnership with stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms




- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
- Knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Language Requirements

- Proficient in English and Spanish , both written and spoken.

Desirable

- Experience working within an international manufacturing, industrial, food, pharmaceutical, or B2B environment.
