ApeironSumus¿is looking for a Solution Assessment Consultant to join our team. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of Microsoft Azure and Security Solution Assessment projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities, who thrives in fast-paced environments. Someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity, and who has previous Microsoft technology sales experience. This person will bring new ideas, have a deep passion for the role, and create ways to attain new accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage lead flow: Manage and execute the activities required to perform Solution Assessments for Microsoftmanaged customers, starting with the data collection phase, executed under a tele-assisted model that includes remote installation, configuration, and execution of discovery tools; data collection; troubleshooting; data analysis; and the creation of the deliverable for the Solution Assessment.

Orchestrate Assessment process

Manage and execute the activities required to perform a Solution Assessment in each account.

Manage current accounts: Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness regarding Solution Assessments. Coordinate remote meetings and calls between the leads and the extended Sales Team.

Business forecasting: Manage an accurate Solution Assessment business forecast, maintain a clear action plan,



and update the case activity log of the active Solution Assessments.

Professional and Technical Competencies

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Familiarity with MS Cloud and Power BI.

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.

Ability to integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings in support of organizations’ business needs.

Ability to work with IT systems in support of collecting data.

Self-direction and a focus on quality, applying independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

Personal Profile

Required languages: High-level English (C1-C2) and one additional language such as: German, Italian, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Portuguese, Polish (C1-C2 level).

Educational level: Bachelor’s degree.

Special conditions or requirements: Open to working in a general environment with different cultures and languages.

This is an on-site position.

Microsoft Certified | Azure Fundamentals | AZ-900.

Microsoft 365 Certified | Fundamentals | MS-900.

Microsoft Certified | Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) | MB-910.
