the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput: Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch.Cross-Border Communication Bridge: Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Spanish warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.Process Standardization & SOP Enforcement: Ensure 100% adherence to integral standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time.Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to warehouse health and safety protocols (PRL).Position RequirementsHigh-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervis
