Lovisa is seeking a Head of Leasing – Southern Europe to lead the regional leasing strategy and drive store expansion across Southern Europe, including Italy and Spain. You will manage ROI and EBIT targets, nurture landlord relationships, assess sites, and lead high-value lease negotiations to optimise the portfolio.You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and Retail teams, travel across the region, and present strategic leasing insights to senior leadership and weekly property board meetings.
