Experteer Overview
As a Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager, you will lead complex customer implementations within the Air Logistics vertical to drive timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. You will work with Sales and Air Logistics leadership to align on strategic goals, setting up projects for successful stabilization. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure quality aligned with ISO standards. This role offers visibility across integral programs and a chance to shape implementation best practices.

Responsabilidades
• Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager and/or Program Manager with complex global projects
• Strong understanding of Air Logistics operations and processes
• Proven leadership for cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus
• Bachelor in Project Management or related field
• International project delivery experience preferred
