Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Spain Online Language School Franchise Partnership. The partner will be responsible for establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Spain, including local market research, outreach to individual and corporate clients, and management of online language programs.

Day-to-day tasks include promoting franchise services,



coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, overseeing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online classes using the provided platforms and materials. The partner will also monitor performance metrics, adapt strategies to local demand, and build relationships with organizations, schools, and businesses to expand the client base.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, proposals, and marketing content.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess local market opportunities and track performance.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to coordinate, support, or oversee instructional delivery and client onboarding.
- Experience in business development, sales, or franchise management, ideally within education, e-learning, or language services.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and high-level Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, digital marketing, and basic CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Languages, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
