Own global operational alert communication—ensuring clarity, consistency, and enablement of timely and effective decision-making across the network.

Act as a central coordination point for integral requests—reviewing, guiding, structuring consistent responses across all of our offices.

Shape and continuously improve how we communicate across the global network.

Drive alignment across functions and regions on standards, priorities, and messaging.

Enable execution through structured content and tools (e.g. SharePoint, templates, content organization).

Contribute as an SME to projects and initiatives, bringing solution-oriented thinking and hands-on execution.

Requirements

Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred)

Strong ability to translate complexity into clear communication and direction





Experience working across regions, stakeholders, and functions in a global environment

A structured, proactive mindset with ownership of topics end-to-end

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to stay flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment

Interest in maintaining structured, reliable, and up-to-date data
