Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive end-to-end supply chain excellence in Spain, partnering with local divisions and EU leadership to deliver top-tier customer service. You lead demand and supply planning, logistics, and warehousing to optimize costs while maintaining service levels. You will manage a team in a complex matrix environment, taking ownership of Order to Cash activities and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers visibility, impact on customer experience, and opportunities to shape supply chain solutions at scale within a sustainability-focused company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities for Spain, aligning with EU leadership
• Lead demand planning, logistics and replenishment to ensure cost-effective service
• Manage inventory forecasting, shortages resolution, and distribution planning
• Develop and deploy continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve service
• Collaborate with Divisions in Spain and broader Ecolab network; manage 3PL relationships and ensure contract compliance
• Represent Supply Chain in the Spain Management Team as a subject matter expert
• Monitor and report KPIs on quality,



service, and cost; implement improvement plans
• Lead and develop the team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment with sales, Ru0026D, and marketing

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Operations or related fields
• 3+ years in a Logistics Manager or similar role
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Operational SAP knowledge
• Project management qualification (bonus) and experience
• Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principles
• Financial acumen (training or experience)
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and lead cross-functional teams
• Permits to live and work in Europe
