The role will report directly to the Global Head of Integration and Synergies.The position may be based in Valencia or Madrid.What the role will be likeTransition Management: Drive and implement change management strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and employee adaptation.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment on integration goals, tracking progress and addressing challenges.Synergies identification: Work across departments to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities from the merger.Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement integration strategies to align multiple services, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing patient experiences across multiple locations.What are we looking for2 - 4 years total experience with some combination of consulting + on the ground operations/integration experience.The ability to act as a peer to senior
