Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Global Automation Implementation Project Lead in one of our opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry in Barcelona?

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integral automation projects, from initiation to successful delivery.
Own the project execution: timeline, budget, resources, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and overall delivery.
Define and manage project scope, schedule, and objectives in alignment with business and technical requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (automation, engineering, IT, production, quality) and external suppliers to ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation and corrective actions when needed.
Ensure that automation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and compliance standards in a regulated pharma environment.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication to stakeholders at global and site level.




Support change management and adoption of new automation solutions across plants, including 30% on-site work in French-speaking countries and 30% on-site commitment in the Americas (primarily the USA).
Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (background and nationality: indifferent).
At least 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager / PM Automation Engineer managing automation projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
Proven experience in project management for automation plants (planning, budgeting, risk management, supplier coordination, stakeholder management).
Knowledge of English at C2 level; Spanish and French are a plus.
Ability to work in a multicultural team, travel frequently (Europe and Americas), and adapt to a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have:

Previous experience with global automation programs or multi-site implementation projects would be a plus.
