and other beauty and wellness therapies.- Promote communication with all departments regarding issues that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.- Energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.The usual responsibilities of the position include:Welcome guests and providing information about the spa facilities and available services. Assist in answering guests' phone calls and responding to their messages. Ensure guests are guided to the appropriate facilities and services. Manage spa service reservations and appointments. Assist with administrative tasks and daily reception duties. Maintain the daily Spa operations, including opening, operational, and closing procedures. Perform body massages, facial treatments, and other beauty and wellness therapies. Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms before each service.
