Our client, a leading international industrial group, is looking for an FP&A; Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A; Director, this role will support financial planning, performance analysis and business decision-making across the Group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, while partnering with business leaders to deliver financial insights that drive profitability, cash generation and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.

Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.

Prepare management reporting, performance analysis and variance reviews.

Partner with commercial, operations and supply chain teams, providing financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Monitor key business and financial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance.

Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, reporting tools and financial models.





Support cross-functional transformation initiatives through financial analysis and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.

4–7 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Controlling or Corporate Finance.

Previous experience in consulting, corporate strategy or business transformation environments will be highly valued.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and Business Intelligence/EPM tools.

Strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.

What We Offer

Competitive annual salary in the range of

€50,000–€60,000 , depending on experience.

Performance-based annual bonus.
