PharmaSuite Support Analyst – Madrid, Spain We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities

Participate in fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization activities with process leads and SMEs

Work with lead resources to develop Building Block requirements

Provide effort estimates, user story point estimates, and status updates for assigned stories

Author and execute validation-related documentation for Electronic Batch Records (EBRs)

Configure EBRs across Development, Stage, and Production environments

Address site-specific questions, use cases, and enhancement requests

Collaborate with multiple teams to gather and define requirements for development activities

Provide HyperCare and Go-Live support

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Rockwell PharmaSuite

Electronic Batch Records (EBRs)

MES

Microsoft Visio

Process modeling

Qualifications Years of experience: 6-8 years





Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (solid oral dose and packaging preferred)

Expertise in Good Documentation Practices and Good Testing Practices

Ability to convert paper batch records into PharmaSuite EBRs

Ability to migrate legacy EBRs into PharmaSuite using existing functionality

Ability to design reusable Building Blocks

Ability to author requirements, specifications, and validation documents

Ability to test EBR functionality in a compliant manner

Ability to work in a fast-paced agile team environment

Working Conditions Work schedule: 8:00 – 17:00. Permanent contract.
