Global Head of FX Forwards
The Integral Head of FX Forwards will lead the strategic development and growth of the global FX Forwards business, driving commercial performance across client segments while optimizing the use of the bank’s balance sheet. The role requires a strong technical background in FX and STIR products, combined with leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and the ability to build high‑performing global teams.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the global growth strategy for the FX Forwards business.
Drive revenue growth through efficient balance sheet deployment and client expansion across segments and geographies.
Lead the commercial positioning of FX Forwards solutions across the franchise.
Partner closely with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Risk, and XVA teams to optimize funding, liquidity,



and capital usage.
Strengthen the bank’s market positioning in FX and STIR products.
Develop and mentor global teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications
Professional Experience

Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a relevant tier‑one banking institution.
Extensive experience within Global Markets with deep expertise in FX and STIR products.
Proven track record managing and growing a global FX or Markets business.
Experience leading international teams in complex and regulated environments.

Education

Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Postgraduate qualification or MBA (Preferred).

Languages

English fluent written and spoken.
