In this role you will drive data resiliency for enterprise clients, applying resilience strategies to protect, recover, and sustain critical data and IT systems. You’ll manage data backup services, monitor protection environments, and optimize recovery workflows to reduce disruption. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement automation, analytics, and change processes that strengthen business continuity. Your work helps Fortune 500 customers survive cyber incidents and maintain resilience at scale. • Manage and optimize data backup services for customers
• Assess backup environments to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and analyze data protection posture; diagnose issues with automation and analytics
• Deliver incident recovery services and support rapid IT system restoration




• Oversee change management processes and ensure regulatory, legal, and professional compliance
• Prepare for new services and changes while maintaining data security and recoverability

Responsabilidades
• Experience in supporting and implementing Security u0026 Incident Recovery solutions
• Experience with hardware, software, and network firewalls and encryption protocols
• Knowledge of NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains
• Understanding of resilience and recovery components (e.g., Veritas, Dell, Rubrik)
• Experience with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft)
• Be willing to pursue related security certifications
