We're scaling our Nexus same-day delivery network from across the EU and we need the right people to help us run it successfully. As the EU Nexus network grows, protecting customer promise around the clock becomes critical. That's where you come in.
As EU Nexus Flow Manager in Central Operations, you will own the daily operational rhythm across the entire EU Nexus network. You will monitor real-time risk and flow across all active sites, lead your team to identify and resolve operational exceptions before they impact customers, and act as the single point of accountability for the EU Nexus network during day operations. You will manage inbound and outbound capacity, respond to TRB triggers, and work closely with site operators and cross‑functional stakeholders to protect LOC and DEA performance through the day.

Key job responsibilities
Business Reviews & Performance Management

Lead and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the EU Nexus network, driving accountability and action on key performance metrics
Design and implement business review mechanisms that enable data‑driven decision making and rapid issue resolution
Deep dive on performance trends, identify root causes of defects, and drive corrective action plans across the network
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into operational health
