Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee on-site construction execution and coordination, ensuring alignment with project managers and technical leads. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to drive day-to-day progress up to operational readiness and final handover. You will manage the on-site plan, allocate technical resources, and travel as required to sustain project momentum. - Technical background with experience/knowledge of cloud infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure workstreams (Cooling/HVAC, power, racks, cabling, space and capacity)
- Strong leadership and communication skills for multi-stakeholder environments
- Planning and prioritization capabilities to meet customer deadlines and propose alternatives
- Ability to make informed decisions with data and practical experience
- Adaptability to manage change and handle critical situations
- Proactive, accountable, results-oriented approach to delivery
