As a Senior Mobility Specialist, you guide immigration and relocation for a global workforce, ensuring compliance across borders. You join the Onboarding and Mobility team to support Remote’s worldwide talent strategy and risk management. You will handle senior escalations, complex client cases, and large projects while enabling scalable immigration services. This role offers influence over global mobility initiatives and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote, async environment.

• Monitor cases using case management and billing systems
• Advise on travel and sponsorship needs; be point of contact for immigration matters
• Provide legal/strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients
• Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists
• Assist leadership with large projects
• Monitor Mobility dashboard and SLAs for timely status reporting
• Identify opportunities to expand in-house immigration services to boost revenue and efficiency
• Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications
• Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators
• Contribute to training materials and rollout new services
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and update internal docs
• Apply immigration knowledge to resolve complex client cases
Responsabilidades
• Immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance and general mobility
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Remote work experience a plus
• Demonstrates automation and AI capability and fluency
