The challenge:
Heineken España is looking for a
Safety Specialist
to take ownership of Occupational Safety for two key populations:
Commerce / Sales field force : 400+ employees working daily on the road across Spain with company vehicles. Support functions : Corporate offices mainly based in Madrid and Sevilla. This is a
hands-on, highly visible role , combining field presence, technical expertise, and strong interaction with business leaders. Key responsibilities:
Commerce / Sales (nationwide field force)
Act as the main H&S; point of contact for the commercial organization. Lead and evolve the
Road Safety & Driving Risk Prevention program . Analyze accidents and trends (in itinere & during work) and define preventive actions. Investigate incidents and ensure robust root cause analysis. Deliver targeted safety training and awareness sessions for sales teams and managers. Work closely with Commerce leadership, HR, Fleet and external partners. Support functions / Head Offices (Madrid & Sevilla)
Manage Occupational Safety for office environments. Coordinate risk assessments, ergonomics, emergency plans and drills. Oversee Coordination of Activities with external contractors (CAE). Support psychosocial risk assessments and follow-up action plans. Participate in legal and internal audits. Governance & continuous improvement
Support deployment of corporate H&S; standards and reporting systems. Contribute to KPIs, data analysis and safety culture initiatives. Act as a trusted business partner, proposing
