Responsibilities- Plan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows, industry conferences, and sponsorships across European and general markets.- Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts, booth agreements, and vendor relationships for events such as Lab of the Future, Future Labs Live, and BPI Europe.- Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and event participants.- Align event communications with the Account‑Based Experience (ABX) strategy and account target lists.- Manage booth logistics including graphic design briefs, digital display upgrades, and physical booth assets.- Act as primary liaison with external event organizers, venues, and third‑party suppliers.- Support account‑based marketing activities by providing event intelligence, attendee data, and engagement tracking.- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all event materials, digital assets,
and external communications.- Track event performance metrics and deliver post‑event reports covering attendance, sponsorship ROI, and stakeholder engagement.- Guide and support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives attending industry events.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional training or project management certification (e.G., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.- Strong technical skills: expert in MS Office; familiarity with event management platforms (e.G., Cvent, Eventbrite); experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.G., Wrike, ClickUp, Asana) and digital collaboration platforms.- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills.- Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
