Responsibilities

Market Screening & Supplier Management

Follow up and revisit trends and forecast, where applicable (categories and/or markets) identifying risks and opportunities.

Procurement Process support, on:

RFP drafting - Definition and Execution of the terms/requirements

Bidder list definition and pre-qualification process

Coordination of technical inputs according to project deadlines

Support on commercial negotiation (i.e contracts)

Proposal assessment (i.e technical – compliance assessment)

Support on the awarding recommendation following project and Company requirements

Others

Requirements

University degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related is required.

Written and verbal English communication skills (B1)

Ability to work under pressure

Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in procurement processes, including RFP drafting, bidder pre-qualification, and commercial negotiation. Proficient in market screening and supplier management, with strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.
