- Lead AI-powered workflows, agents, and emerging capabilities to automate marketing processes
- Manage HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity and alignment
- Develop and refine predictive lead scoring for better prioritization and conversion
- Monitor workflows and resolve errors, especially MQLs and lead routing
- Use data enrichment and custom actions in workflows to enhance automation
- Document processes, train users on best practices, and maintain CRM data hygiene
